Who we are
We Are Haven is an insurance broker. We compare and place home and auto coverage with the carriers we work with. We are not an insurance carrier.
What we collect
Information you give us directly when you ask us to look at your coverage: your name, phone number, email address, and the details of the property or vehicles you want covered. Basic technical information your browser sends when you visit the site.
How we use it
To answer you, to compare coverage on your behalf, to place a policy if you ask us to, and to stay in touch about the coverage we arranged. We do not sell your personal information.
Text messaging
If you give consent, we may send you text messages about your inquiry or your policy. Consent is never a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. All other categories of information described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.
Who we share it with
The insurance carriers we approach on your behalf, and the service providers who help us run the business, such as our customer records system. They may only use it to do the job we asked them to do.
Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to delete it, ask us to correct it, and ask us not to sell or share it. We will not treat you differently for exercising those rights.
